Rule the Road Indiana is coming up on August 2 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 9 am to 3 pm. Grant Covey from Alliance Highway Safety (and a 2019 alumnus of Area 31 and WBDG) talks about the free program targeted at teen drivers, 15+, to keep them safe on the road.
