reviewing the EsproPress, a great brewing device and classy stainless steel design - simple brewing method: for 1 cup of coffee: 17-22 gr ground coffee - medium coarse add 300ml 94C water brew for 2 min before adding the lid, stir gently, add lid, brew another 2min( total brewing time 4min) - push down gently - ENJOY!
