🎓 USF Summer Commencement Highlights
On August 9, nearly 2,700 degrees were awarded at USF's summer commencement, including 1,842 bachelor’s, 692 master’s, and 153 doctoral degrees. Notable grads included a 17-year-old math major and a 69-year-old history doctoral recipient.

🌟 Student Spotlight: Brooke Elrod
Brooke Elrod, a new graduate in management, turned her love for music into a career path, gaining hands-on experience with campus events and local concerts. She’s now headed into a master’s program at USF Tampa, with dreams of one day directing her own music festival.

📚 Creekshed Project Author Series – August 20
Eight Florida authors, including Gary Mormino and Sheree Greer, will share stories inspired by Gulf Coast history at the Wild Space Gallery in St. Pete. Free event with a Q&A and book signing from 5–8PM.
