In this episode, Cynthia and Heather get sidetracked by reviews of local businesses, Heather rewrites a review while sitting in a gelato shop and Cynthia finds out her local boutique (mentioned a few weeks ago) has a lot of bad reviews. Heather gets into trouble with Meta, and JB gets stuck in a fence at a friend's house while trying to chase down a coyote.
