Amplify Women CEO Nicole Waters (right) is also Vice-President of the Edge District and soon to be President with so many great ideas, including a Net-Walking event to bring community and wellness together! Waters came to studio to talk with Lunchtime Conversation host Nanette Wiser to talk about her wildly popular August Amplify Women Summit at the James Museum of Western Art & Wildlife. With her was Caroline Madley (center), owner of Mad Mama Bakes and Bay First's VP Stacia Schrader (left). Caroline has been a vendor and participant at Amplify Women Tampa Bay since our very first summit, and her business has grown significantly through the connections and resources she’s gained along the way.  Said Waters: "More than 120 women business owners and community leaders gathered for a 2-day summit featuring speakers, panels, and 11 workshops, providing information participants could immediately apply in their businesses. We highlighted three nonprofit organizations: Ready for Life, Museum of Motherhood, and Girls Rock. Our sponsor LMCU led an Affordable Housing Exercise, educating attendees on the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population. Orlando Health sponsored our VIP dinner at BONU and shared exciting new of their Women’s Pavilion here in St. Pete. We're excited to announce, the summit will return next August for our 3rd Annual Summit.  In the meantime, we are hosting dinners, workshops, and experiences.
