For me, the “what ifs” show up right before something new, something that stretches me. My heart starts racing, my chest feels tight, and before I realize it, I’ve built a whole story in my head about everything that could go wrong. It feels like planning, but it’s really fear trying to stay in control.

This week, I want to walk you through what’s actually happening in your mind and body when anxiety starts predicting the future and how shifting from “what if” to “even if” opens the door to peace.

Rooting for you,
Jessica
