In this episode of Neighborhoods, host Nanette Wiser, catches up with Amy Cianci, Lealman Exchange Community Center Manager about a recent $500,000 donation from Duke Energy to the Lealman Engagement Committee in September 2025 to help support events in the unincorporated Pinellas community of Lealman throughout the year, including Lealman's 1st Sunday Farmers Market, Christmas tree lighting, Fourth of July celebration and the Honey & Arts Festival. Duke’s donation will be given over a 10-year period, said Amy Cianci, who manages the Lealman Exchange Community Center with approximately $50,000 distributed annually.
