For more than two decades, one woman has lived in a house where something unseen watches, waits—and sometimes touches. It began quietly: a drawer opening on its own, footsteps on the stairs, creaks where there were no pets left to make them. But what started as curious soon turned into terror.
Her boyfriend was yanked by the leg in the middle of the night. A worker watched a stuffed animal fly across the bedroom. Doors slammed, drawers opened, and then came the growling—deep, guttural, and far too close. Even the bravest men she brought into the house fled, swearing they’d never return.
Then one night, the haunting found its voice. A whisper—soft, deliberate—breathed “Hi” into her ear as she lay frozen in bed.
