But for Mandy and her friends, one weekend escape turned into four nights of creeping dread inside a condo that looked perfect online… and felt wrong the moment the doors shut behind them.
It started with a boy—small, silent, standing at the foot of the bed in old-fashioned clothes. Then came the footsteps in the hallway, the rattling doorknob, the shadow in the mirror, and the phone sliding across the nightstand as if an unseen hand wanted attention.
