To eat healthy on holiday, plan ahead with smart snacks, prioritize hydration, and focus on portion control, but don't forbid treats; instead, choose wisely by filling up on local fruits/veggies and grilled options, eating mindfully (not skipping meals), and staying active to balance indulgence and enjoyment. "Don't pass up the holiday meal with all the fixings, but limit indulging in leftovers for days after; send them home with your guests," suggests Wesley.
