Abbie's son, Jude, died at just 32 days old due to his severe prematurity.
Jude was delivered via emergency C-section at 24 weeks and 5 days after early onset pre-eclampsia, weighing only 495 grams.
Abbie now works at Action on Pre-eclampsia as the education and operations manager.
