THE DEFENSE'S COUNTER: The defense says the prosecution's own digital forensics expert concluded Christine — not Brendan — was controlling the FetLife account. Officer Brendan Miller's findings were peer-reviewed by the University of Alabama and confirmed. Miller was transferred out of the unit after delivering his conclusions.
