This time I'm introducing you to Rachel Minion, self-professed "Jem and the Holograms" lover...(just like me!) and all around resilient and badass survivor who has taken what she's experienced and used it to create more bounty and beauty for everyone around her! A cancer survivor, a visionary and a non-profit maven, Rachel is one of those people that life just has to bow down to-she's here, with her magnetic self, to shape and change the world around her for the better. And she's taking the rest of us along for the ride! (thank goodness!)
