Dawn and Leo’s friend own a restaurant, and they usually go every Thursday night. What they’ve noticed over the last couple of months is that the quality of the food has gone down, and that the service has been rough. They’ve waited a long time for their meals and most times it’s cold and bland. She thinks that they need to tell him that it’s going downhill and to do something about it. He thinks that it’s none of their business and if he isn’t asking for feedback, they shouldn’t be giving it. What do you think?
