Did you know that St. Pete's Historic Kenwood neighborhoos has one of the highest concentrations of Craftsman Bungalows in the state? Come check out the beautiful bungalows on tour this year, Saturday Feb. 7 from 10am-4pm. They highlight some of the best architecture, interior decor, and landscaping in Historic Kenwood!
🦩To share all the events fun festivities, host Nanette Wiser spoke with Historic Kenwood's Neighborhood Association's Alexis Baum (AB Sees You will be reporting that Saturday so tune into podcasts for her reports) & Flor Vergara (who moved from Miami to St. Pete and discovered this incredible community).
🦩Tickets are on sale now online and at St. Pete High School now and day of the event. Check-in and registration will begin at St. Petersburg High School. Stroll at your own pace or use the free continuous trolleys provided by our official transportation sponsor Jolley Trolley.
🦩BungalowFest is more than just a home tour, it’s a celebration of design, community, and creativity. Proceeds directly benefit neighborhood initiatives including community care programs, support for local artists, beautification and maintenance projects, and vibrant gatherings that bring neighbors together year-round.
🦩 This is your chance to finally go inside the bungalows you’ve admired for years and experience why Historic Kenwood is known as St. Pete’s Neighborhood of the Arts.
This year’s tour includes:
• 8 historic homes ranging from 97–106 years old
• Stunning Craftsman bungalow architecture & interiors
