THE BACK STORY Born and raised in a loving household led by Verlin and Ivette Moore, King declared at just three years old that he wanted to be an actor, singer, rapper, model, and dancer. From that day forward, the Moore family committed themselves to helping King chase his dream. Ivette left her job to focus full-time on his training. Together, they invested deeply in King’s development — acting classes, vocal coaching, piano lessons, gymnastics, and countless hours in the studio. They traveled from state to state, giving King every opportunity to perform, grow, and be seen. Now, 10-year-old King Moore has already started building an impressive résumé. He was a contestant on America’s Got Talent and a special guest at the Grammys. He was invited to the White House by the Biden Administration, along with many music videos he has written and produced. He’s had small roles in feature films, including Cora Bora, The Wild Robot, and CoComelon (as Cody). His face has graced national commercials for AT&T and Toyota. King also appeared twice on the Tamron Hall Show (ABC/Disney). Along with his great success, King believes in giving back to his community and country. He advocates for gun control, which he spoke about at the White House, and is the youngest ambassador for the Black College Expo. Recently, he started a campaign called Brand New, which focuses on global youth music as a tool for cultural exchange, unity, and social impact.
