👉As St. Petersburg continues to grow as a regional hub for science, research, and technology, the St. Pete Innovation District hosted its 8th annual State of Science and Innovation event on Wednesday, January 28, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus.
👉The annual event highlights the people and ideas driving innovation across St. Petersburg, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, students, and business leaders to showcase local scientific and technological advancements shaping the city’s future.
👉State of Science and Innovation featuresd a series of fast-paced, six-minute presentations from local science and technology innovators, offering a snapshot of emerging research, startups, and breakthrough ideas across the region. This year’s speakers included:

• Dr. Cassandra Josephson, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital
