An Emotional Door to War Evermore: The Murder of Mike Emert

On January 4, 2001, a Seattle-area realtor named Mike Emert accompanied a mysterious prospective buyer to a private showing of a home for sale, but never made it out alive. Nearly a decade later, a seemingly unrelated home invasion would link someone to Mike's murder, and proceed to send the police down an investigative rabbit hole that intersects with a multitude of other unsolved cases.
