Catalans Dragons head coach Joel Tomkins has become the latest person to express his frustrations about lengthy and repetitive video referee reviews, sometimes watching the same clip up to seven times.
He has called for a new rule where the video referees should only watch three angles/clips before making a decision, to speed up the game.
This follows the second week in a row where a near four-minute video referee decision was needed.
Tomkins highlighting that there is no issues in the NRL with the bunker, noting their system is quicker and less disruptive to the game's flow.
The Catalans coach also recognised the Bradford Bulls as the superior team, outplaying the Dragons in all areas of the game in their 28-10 loss at Odsal Stadium.
