I’m George Harb, founder of EmpowerU Coaching and a Dual Elite Neuroencoding Specialist. My vision is to shatter the silence around men’s mental health and build a movement redefining strength for the modern man. For generations, men have been taught to suppress emotions, power through pain, and tie their worth to job titles or provider roles - an outdated model that costs lives, relationships, and potential. Through neuroscience-backed coaching rooted in science, authenticity, and shared purpose, I partner with men to embrace vulnerability as strength, lead with purpose, and build legacies of emotional resilience.
Like many men, I wore what I call the “World Mask” - the confident, successful exterior hiding deep self-doubt, fear, and the exhausting pressure to perform perfectly. That mask almost broke me. I realised success without authentic self-worth is still suffering. Confidence isn’t something earned, but who you become when you stop performing and start living your truth. Using neuroscience, I rewired my mind to break cycles of fear and self-sabotage. Now, I help men reclaim their power by rewriting their inner stories and removing mental blocks standing in their way.
