Brent Wall is the founder of Peaks Precast, focused on improving construction through modular, offsite concrete systems. He built his expertise in the Northeast and is now bringing panelized precast solutions to Colorado, introducing a more efficient approach to a rapidly growing market, and has served in leadership roles with major contractors and developers. He holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from Drexel University and applies LEED and Lean-certified practices to his work.

Founded in Spring 2025, Peaks Precast is transforming how foundations are built in the Rocky Mountain region. Based in scenic Chaffee County, Colorado, the company manufactures precision-engineered precast concrete components for both residential and commercial construction. It aims to solve the challenges of outdated, cast-in-place methods that are vulnerable to weather delays, labor shortages, and rising material costs—all of which contribute to Colorado’s affordable housing crisis. Its signature solution, Fast Foundations, is a modular precast foundation system that delivers speed, consistency, and reliability. With faster installation, higher accuracy, and reduced on-site disruption, Fast Foundations helps builders and developers stay on schedule and on budget—even in the most unpredictable mountain conditions.
