Brussels Gourmand

Here in the capital of Belgium, land of chocolate, there are 150 chocolatiers hard at work. The weekend of the 28th and 29th of March, Entreprendre-Bruselles is inaugurating Brussels Gourmand with a chocolate route that will take people to ten of the top chocolate creators in the city for on the spot tastings. This is completely free but reservations (at localguide.brussels) are mandatory so that the shops know how much to prepare. Katia Jacques-Serres of Entreprendre-Bruxelles fills us in.
