In Arkansas, both Joseph and Kendra Duggar face four counts each of child endangerment and false imprisonment — counts that align precisely with the number of children in the home. Tontitown police describe the Arkansas charges as legally distinct from the Florida case, but the investigation that produced them was opened because of the Florida case.
