Today’s guest is Dr. Heidi Heron, a clinical psychologist, author, master coach, and internationally recognised trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP.
For more than 25 years, Heidi has been helping people understand how the mind works and how to change the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. She has trained thousands of coaches, therapists, and leaders around the world to create meaningful and lasting change in their own lives and in the lives of others.
Dr. Heidi holds a doctorate in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in adult education, a master’s degree in consciousness studies, and a degree in psychology. She is also a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, one of the highest credentials in the coaching profession.
She is the founder of NLP Worldwide, a global training organisation based in Sydney, Australia, where she trains coaches, therapists, and professionals in the practical psychology of change and human transformation.
Heidi is the author of several books, including The Wizard of Cause, 30 Days to NLP, You Must Learn NLP, Leading with NLP, and Choosing Change. Her work explores how beliefs, language, and unconscious patterns influence our lives, and how people can move from feeling stuck or reactive to living with greater awareness, choice, and alignment.
Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and consciousness studies, Heidi’s work bridges science and personal development, helping people understand not only how the mind works, but how to consciously shape the direction of their lives.
Originally from the United States, Heidi now lives in Sydney, Australia. When she’s not training coaches or writing, you’ll often find her travelling somewhere in the world, enjoying a cruise, or spending time on the golf course, continuing her lifelong curiosity about how people grow, change, and create more meaningful lives.
Please welcome Dr. Heidi Heron.
