I don’t know anyone that recovered from burnout post covid without doing any meditation, journaling, drinking water, or other standard burnout-recovery routines. And then I took that experienced and realized it’s actually easier and more effective to address four important areas of your life at once rather than one at a time. I call it the 3d printed life approach because we create results later by layer like they do with 3d printed houses. So I would say I’m special in the good ways (and I’m still working on the areas where I’m special in the not so good ways).
