About Joni Marie Iraci
I have an interesting trajectory as I reinvented myself. I was a R.N who raised 3 children before returning to college in my later years to pursue a love of writing. I graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and earned an MFA from Columbia University in creative writing at age 65. I was the eldest graduate in both colleges. I have two published novels. I've been a guest on many podcasts in the US, Canada and Europe where I discussed my experiences as well as my work. My latest novel is timely as it involves an American pope. I started it ten years ago and never dreamed we'd have an American pope. I did extensive research and uncovered little known facts regarding church history.
"Vatican Daughter,' was voted Best Conspiracy Thriller of the year 2025. The sequel is currently in publication.
