Lunchtime Conversation host welcomed Nicole Waters, Executive Director of The Edge District, to talk about her 3rd Annual Amplify Women Summit 3 at The James Museum August 7-8 in addition to their other monthly events. Navigators of Change: Women at the Helm" is this year's focus. With Nicole was Jordan Torelli who will be on the multi-generational speaker panel, talking about communications and working together at all ages.

Jordan Torelli is a Brand Photographer and Creative Director for women who are building success on their own terms, claiming their expertise, and resisting every piece of conditioning that told them to stay small, stay quiet, and not to shine too bright. Her work proudly creates more representation for successful women running businesses on their terms and making money doing what they're exceptional at.  She grew up surrounded by women who owned businesses, ran companies, and pursued ambitious careers without compromise. She learned early that when women own their work, it changes how they move through the world. She started her entrepreneurial journey in social media and brand strategy but craved being in the creative process of directing sessions, collaborating in real time, and creating images that showed women as powerful as they actually are. As a child, her dream job was playing dress-up. A young girl's way of saying she was obsessed with fashion, design, and how aesthetics shape the way people are seen. Now she photographs ambitious women who deserve to feel powerful, celebrated, and completely confident showing up as their best selves.
