Can I be honest with you? A lot of us are completely worn out by our own minds and we don't even realize why. So we monitor, we analyze, we panic, and then we feel shame when it doesn't work.
In this episode, I'm going back to 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 and talking about what this scripture is actually inviting us into, because it's so much less exhausting than what most of us have been doing.
