This is the D4vd case at its strangest. David Anthony Burke stands charged in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, he has pleaded not guilty, and a preliminary hearing is coming that will decide whether this goes to trial. But this episode isn't about the calendar.
