Wisconsin.Golf's Rob Hernandez talks with Phil Poletti, executive director of the Caddie & Leadership Academy, a program he started in 2014 to help train and mentor caddies and connect them with golf clubs around Wisconsin. The program currently has around 100 students and it partners with several clubs in the state.
