Architect to Engineer to L&D Professional - Finding Where You Belong

In this episode we are joined by the brilliant and inspiring Laura Rodriguez. Laura’s career journey hasn’t followed a traditional path. She began her career as an architect before transitioning into engineering, and ultimately finding her place within our Learning and Development team at Curtins.
