What Does The Federal Indictment In The Anna Kepner Case Actually Tell You?

A federal grand jury returned an indictment charging Anna Kepner's sixteen-year-old stepbrother as an adult with first-degree murder and an additional serious federal charge in connection with her death aboard the Carnival Horizon.
