Chester was born 10 weeks prematurely alongside his twin sister, Matilda. Soon after their arrival, his family received the devastating news that Chester’s heart had not developed properly, and that his time with them would be far too short.
Throughout his brief life, Chester demonstrated extraordinary strength, resilience and courage. After spending precious time with his family, including meeting his big brother, JJ, he passed away peacefully in his parents' arms on New Year's Eve 2021.
In this deeply moving episode, Chester's Daddy Jeff shares his experience of premature birth, baby loss and life after loss. Through his story, he offers an honest and heartfelt insight into grief, resilience and the enduring love that continues long after goodbye.
