The conversation provides a practical overview of how clinicians should recognize ADEM, distinguish it from conditions such as multiple sclerosis, MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), and approach treatment in the absence of FDA-approved therapies.
