Jordan Adams and his brother Cian have both been diagnosed with the faulty MAPT gene that causes Frontotemporal Dementia, giving them a 99.9% chance of developing FTD in their 40s. Having lost their mother to the disease at just 52 years old, the brothers have dedicated their lives to raising awareness of dementia and making the condition visible before it ultimately impacts their own lives. Jordan recently completed 33 marathons in 33 days raising almost 2 million pounds.
