Hitler was so delighted by the initial meeting that he invited Lloyd George's entourage, including his children, back for a second day. Lloyd George proposed extending the Locarno conference to address grievances regarding the Versailles Treaty. However, observers noted Hitler's visceral, twitching physical response whenever the Soviet Union was mentioned.
