It's the second film in the current Evil Dead trilogy, following Evil Dead Rise (2023) and preceding Evil Dead Wrath (currently in production). Both guys are long-time horror-hounds and Evil Dead fans, who have a lot of love for this franchise in all its forms. Many critics say this is the coldest, most mean-spirited movie in the franchise, others say this film sets new heights for the series. Mike and Anthony will discuss the film's cinematography, sound, acting, editing, and production design, while also reading it against the classic Evil Dead movies starring Bruce Campbell.
