During the Tuesday morning commute of January 8, 2008 motorist traveling a stretch of I-540 also known as the 'Raleigh Outer Loop' were shocked to find a body on the side of the road. The investigation that would follow would provide many suspects, all with motives that could have potentially led to the murder of 21 year old student Latrese Curtis.
