Heather and Cynthia are back, and life has been coming at them FAST. Between college drop-offs, home chaos, parenting grown kids and a few situations that could only happen to their families, they have plenty to unpack—including a college bedroom decorating situation best described as Fifty Shades of Grain.

Cynthia also shares about a scary and emotional few weeks with her mom’s unexpected cancer diagnosis, and how their family has seen God show up in some really tender ways. But because this is Sidetracked, even the hospital somehow produces stories that absolutely should not be funny... and yet here we are.

Somehow they also find time to discuss questionable footwear, attempts at healthier habits and several things nobody asked them to have opinions about. It’s one of those episodes that goes from laughing to crying and right back to laughing again—which feels about right for this season of life.
