In this week's episode, we continue our walk through the Amendments. Today, we're covering one you've probably never heard of: the 11th Amendment. This Amendment clarifies the relationship between states and the federal government in court--or at least it tries to. We look at some famous cases like Chisholm v Georgia and some new cases out of Ohio to figure out the Eleventh Amendment and what it is up to today. Let's go.
