Wu-Tang Forever

Vince (99.1 PLR) and Dee (Fox’s 99 To Beat) are back with another episode of Laughable Advice, and this one starts off hot!
Vince kicks things off with a dating disaster involving a Wu-Tang Clan and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony concert, free tickets, a no-show, and the classic "I was sad in bed" explanation. Dee offers some advice: maybe it’s time to stop chasing and start with friendship.
From there, the conversation gets into the challenges of modern dating—including mixed signals, inconsistent texting, emotional availability, and why being too accommodating can sometimes send the wrong message.
The hosts also debate the best first-date ideas, with Dee making the case for IKEA and Vince arguing for activities like mini-golf or bowling. Because apparently, nothing reveals someone's true personality quite like watching how they handle losing at mini-golf.
Then comes THE ICK.
Inspired by Dee's social media followers, Vince and Dee run through some of the biggest dating turn-offs—from open-mouth chewing and rude behavior toward restaurant staff to excessive phone use, taking endless food photos, and getting way too drunk on a first date.
Finally, they tackle the more serious side of relationships: communication, accountability, boundaries, marriage, children, and knowing what you actually want. Being honest about your expectations early can save you from years of resentment, confusion, and wasted time.
What’s your biggest dating ick? And what’s the best—or worst—first date you've ever been on? Let us know in the comments.
