In these roles, he developed and executed growth strategies that consistently delivered more than 40% organic revenue growth, aligned sales and marketing organizations, led acquisition integration efforts, implemented enterprise CRM and sales enablement platforms, and helped build high-performing teams capable of supporting rapid expansion. His experience spans every stage of the restoration business lifecycle—from business development and operations to risk management, technology, and executive leadership. In addition to his restoration leadership, Jeff is a nationally recognized insurance and risk management executive with a unique 360-degree perspective on the industry. He previously founded and successfully exited independent insurance agencies operating in more than 40 states before launching Magoon Group, an insurance brokerage and business consulting firm specializing in the restoration industry. Jeff has designed and placed some of the industry's largest restoration insurance programs, led acquisition due diligence and integration initiatives, developed risk management and safety platforms, and advised business owners on growth strategies, operational improvement, and maximizing enterprise value. His combined experience as a restoration executive, entrepreneur, insurance expert, and acquisition strategist provides a rare perspective that helps organizations grow intelligently while protecting their people, assets, and long-term value.
