JP Miller's Associates Are Scrubbing Their Phones — The FBI Already Has the Data

John-Paul Miller's federal trial is set for October 2026, but the investigation didn't take the summer off. Miller was indicted in December 2025 on federal charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to investigators. The indictment alleges a sustained campaign of harassment against his estranged wife Mica that ran from November 2022 until her death on April 27, 2024. GPS trackers on her car. More than 50 calls in a single day. Intimate images posted without her consent. Interference with her daily life and her finances. Tire damage. Mica was found dead at Lumber River State Park in Robeson County, North Carolina. Her death was ruled a suicide. Miller was released on $100,000 bond with electronic monitoring and ordered to surrender his passport. Solid Rock Church — the Myrtle Beach ministry at the center of everything — closed after public protests erupted following Mica's death. The Netflix documentary Death of the Pastor's Wife brought the allegations to millions in August 2026.
