Caleb Flynn Court Coverage Day 3: Jill Smith Heard WHAT From Daughter?!

Caleb Flynn is accused of killing his wife, Ashley Flynn, and staging the scene as a home invasion; he has pleaded not guilty. Officer Will Roberts testified that Flynn voluntarily gave police DNA, fingerprints, and clothing on February 16, yet Roberts was never asked to swab him for gunshot residue. Ashley’s mother, Jill Smith, then described Caleb shaking on the porch, telling her he heard a gunshot after checking on the children, and later telling the girls their mother had died. Smith also testified that one daughter feared telling investigators the truth.
