How Lindsey Clancy Case Exposed Modern Day Feminism

 On this episode of Office Hours with Professor Carl Tone Jones, I take an unapologetically critical look at the Lindsay Clancy case. I argue that she should be held criminally responsible and call attention to the lone holdout juror, a black man who refused to yield his judgment, someone I regard as a hero. I also challenge efforts to rationalize what I see as an evil act and ask hard questions about morality, accountability, and gendered sympathy.
