Caleb Flynn Court Coverage Day 6: Kinzig Uncovers WHAT Around Botner?!

Special Agent Andrea Kinzig took the Caleb Flynn jury deeper into the digital evidence, and one finding widened the picture beyond Flynn and Alleigha Botner. Kinzig testified that Kayla Heyt, Ashley Flynn's sister, abused a service to monitor Botner's Instagram account.

Kinzig also testified about several snoop reports Caleb Flynn ran on Botner's accounts, along with emails exchanged between Flynn and Botner. The testimony adds another layer to the digital trail surrounding the affair prosecutors have placed before jurors in the case over Ashley Flynn's death.

Caleb Flynn has pleaded not guilty to charges including aggravated murder. Prosecutors allege he killed Ashley and staged their Tipp City home to resemble a burglary. His defense maintains Ashley was killed during a home invasion and investigators rushed to blame Caleb.

The digital evidence presented through Kinzig does not speak for itself. Jurors still have to decide what the monitoring activity, snoop reports and communications establish - and what they do not - as both sides argue over the meaning of the electronic record.
