Sheriff Nanos’ latest comments raise some BIG questions in the Nancy Guthrie case.
On Breaking the Case with Jen Coffindaffer FBI, Jen breaks down a new interview with Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, including his comments about the ransom-note scams surrounding Nancy’s disappearance.
Nanos says there have been “at least two or three arrests” connected to ransom-note scams. Jen questions that number, explaining that she is aware of one arrest—Derrick Callela—and asks whether other arrests have actually occurred.
Jen also examines Nanos’ comments about the FBI handling the ransom-note side of the investigation and his assertion that the Nancy Guthrie case is not a “cold case.”
