CSV Volunteer Voices - Robert Maltby

Robert Maltby was told to try volunteering when he first applied to become a Metropolitan policeman. They said he needed some life experience, and so he duly signed up with CSV to work in a homeless shelter in London where he came across characters who were much in need and had hit the bottom.
