Derbyshire man makes 4th place medals - with his own money!

It was agonising watching Tom Daley narrowly miss out on a medal earlier this week. But a Derbyshire man will be sending him a medal. It's as Dave Mitchell, from Cromford, is organising a campaign to get the efforts recognised of athletes who finish in fourth place.
