Former Community Relations chief exec says key issues here are still not being addressed

After trouble erupts over a contentious parade in North Belfast at the weekend, former chief executive of the Community Relations Council Duncan Morrow says he is frustrated that key issues are still not being addressed in Northern Ireland.
